To start with, we use only natural, preservative-free ingredients like fresh milk and cream, yoghurt and fruit from local suppliers, while the pure pastes come from Italy, like our pistachio from Sicily and Hazelnut from Piemonte. Made fresh on the premises, gluten free options are available as well.
